I had a great overall experience with Service Plus. From the beginning, they took the time to listen to my concerns and explain how they planned to diagnose the issue. I especially appreciated how quickly they moved once I dropped my vehicle off, as I was dealing with a time-sensitive situation. Throughout the entire repair process, they kept me informed and made sure I knew what was going on with my vehicle. Whenever I had a question or reached out for an update, they were very prompt and responsive. What stood out most to me was the level of care and consideration they showed throughout the entire experience. I truly felt like they did what they could to help me through a stressful situation and get me back on the road. I’m extremely grateful for the communication, kindness, and effort from everyone at Service Plus. I would absolutely recommend them.

I had been going here for several years and was generally forgiving of their occasional errors because they always resolved the issue once it was pointed out. But it always felt like I had to watch over their shoulder a bit to make sure they weren't missing something. They're only human, so I found this acceptable for a while. They finally proved too much to deal with in the last two incidents. First, I brought my car in because it wouldn't start. They replaced the battery. The car died in less than a mile, and luckily, a friendly stranger helped me push the car off the 40-mph three-lane road into a parking lot. Got it towed back, and they said it was the starter. Didn't make sense, but we tried it. This time the car made it all the way home, then wouldn't start. Towed again, and this time it was the alternator. Finally resolved. Pretty likely that it was the alternator the whole time. Second, a month later, I brought my car in for an inspection. They recommended two fluid changes that were reasonable. They did the fluid changes, forgot about the inspection until I reminded them, and the car now has a strong parasitic draw that completely drains the battery from a full charge in

My daughter went to get her oil change at this location yesterday. Today her hood flew up and Shattered her windshield. I called the Location, and we spoke with the assistant manager, who then tells me that they have video of him closing the hood when I asked to see the video. He tells me that the owner watched it and confirmed that he closed the hood. There’s no doubt that he close the hood. It was not closed properly. Which could’ve caused my daughter to be in a major accident today. I received no phone call from the owner. I asked to see the video and was told I could not. I am not gonna let this rest. I will go as far as this will take me because of their negligence. My child’s life was at risk.

I hate taking my car to the shop. Nothing but hassle, finding rides, etc. That said, i highly recommend this shop. The diag is quick and easily approved via text. Nick was very kind and helped get me a ride to my house. The others were helpful and i was in and out in 2 days. As i was leaving, i noticed the techs wiping down cars after repair to remove grease and fingerprints. Great job!!

I highly recommend Service Plus Automotive! I brought my truck in for an A/C issue, and they did an outstanding job from start to finish. They took the time to properly diagnose the problem, explained what needed to be done, and made sure the repair was done right before handing the truck back over. It’s hard to find a shop that truly cares about quality work and customer service, but Service Plus Automotive went above and beyond. My A/C is working great again, and I appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to others.
